About the role

We’re looking for a talented Part-Time Team Lead that will bring an immersive Tecovas retail experience to Bass Pro Shops’ customers, contribute to a profitable and customer-centric environment through the development of a team and management of our total store operations. You will support product flow and apply merchant and customer service skills to curate a compelling in-store experience.

What you'll bring

• 2+ years Retail Management experience
• Availability to work 25–30 hours per week (hours vary by week and may increase based on shipment volume and store needs)
• Exceptional leadership, delegation, selling, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead coaching conversations, navigate conflict, and handle difficult situations with professionalism
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
• Utmost character, honesty, and transparency
• High School Diploma required
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
• Must understand and implement Loss Prevention practices
