What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail, financial accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while making sound decisions during overnight operations.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and other schedules based on business needs.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment as required by job responsibilities.
• Previous Front Desk, Night Audit, Guest Services, or hotel experience preferred.
• Luxury, boutique hotel, or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience using property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale systems, and basic accounting procedures preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.
