What you'll bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Prior experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, or landscaping
- Familiarity with maintenance techniques, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs;
- or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver License
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify maintenance issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
