About the role
We're looking for a passionate, relational, and spiritually mature Associate Pastor who loves developing leaders, discipling people, building healthy ministry teams, and helping others take their next step in following Jesus.
What you'll bring
- Assemblies of God credentialed minister or actively pursuing credentialing.
- Previous pastoral ministry experience in discipleship, leadership development, pastoral care, or related ministry.
- Strong understanding of Assemblies of God doctrine and philosophy of ministry.
- Demonstrated success recruiting and developing volunteer leaders.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and Mandated Reporter training (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies, Ministry, Theology, or related field (preferred).
