About the role
The Pastor/Director of Adult Ministries provides pastoral leadership and strategic direction for adult discipleship, relational community, and leadership development at Grace Fellowship Church. This role serves as both shepherd and architect, ensuring people are spiritually formed in authentic community while building clear, scalable systems that move adults from engagement to maturity and leadership. This leader owns the vision, health, and effectiveness of Groups, Rooted, and future community expressions, while ensuring execution through strong leadership development, aligned systems, and cross-ministry collaboration. This role plays a key leadership function in ensuring the church’s discipleship strategy is clear, aligned, and scalable as the church grows. This role provides oversight and alignment for key adult ministry environments and leaders, ensuring a cohesive discipleship strategy across the church. This position is full time with various hours, including evenings and weekends as required by ministry needs. Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required during designated all-church events, including Christmas, Easter, and Fall Launch.
