About the role
We are seeking Patient Care Technicians to become part of our team of dedicated professionals! As a member of our Magnet-designated Nursing team , you will provide support to the inpatient nursing staff while helping ensure the comfort and safety of our patients and their family members.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 2 years
- of healthcare-related experience in one or more of the following roles:
- – Nursing Assistant (NA), Patient Care Technician (PCT), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT),
- – Medical Technician, Phlebotomist, or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Epic EMR experience
- Reports To: Nurse Leader
- Excited to work as part of a caregiving, patient-centered team, with the ability to build positive relationships and deliver patient-focused care
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and approaches challenges with urgency, energy, and compassion
- Adept at collaboration and partnership-building to achieve shared goals and objectives
- A thoughtful decision-maker with demonstrated ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment
