Mercer University’s Police Department is looking for new Police Officers to work on our residential undergraduate campus in Macon, Georgia.

• A high school diploma or GED is required along with a Peace Officers Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) certification in Georgia (or eligibility in Georgia), which must be in Law Enforcement.
• Candidates must also be in good standing with POST.
• NOTE: Correctional Officer certification does not qualify for this position.
• If you have submitted POST for a previous position, you must submit them again for this new position.
• Candidates with prior police related experience are desirable.
