About the role

As a key member of the Program Management team, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Sr. Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects across cross-functional teams within a fast-paced medical device environment. This role is responsible for managing projects in alignment with PMI methodologies, including business analysis, project planning, execution oversight, communication management, and risk mitigation. The Sr. Project Manager will partner closely with Product Development, Operatroions, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage complex, multi-department initiatives while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Quality, or related functions
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within a regulated or complex business environment
  • Most possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid passport to support international business travel, as required by the role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and communication strategies
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Minimal to moderate travel as business needs require
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry preferred
