About the role

As the Project Manager, Clinical Research – New Site Build at Iterative Health for the Cardiology service line, you will lead the end-to-end execution of opening new Cardiology research sites from the ground up. Reporting to the VP, Growth, you will serve as the central project leader responsible for coordinating every aspect of a new site's development—from site selection and facility readiness through regulatory activation, staffing, technology implementation, and study launch. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager who enjoys building new programs, thrives in highly cross-functional environments, and is passionate about expanding patient access to innovative cardiovascular clinical trials.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of project management experience within healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, healthcare operations, or healthcare facility development.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive timelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing project plans, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and reporting project performance.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience launching new healthcare facilities, physician practices, ambulatory care centers, or clinical research sites.
  • Experience within Cardiology clinical research or cardiovascular healthcare.
