About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee industrial water treatment projects from pre-construction through execution and closeout. This role requires a strong background in mechanical systems, experience managing RFPs, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders including vendors, logistics, and transportation teams.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in industrial water treatment, mechanical systems, or related industries
- Proven experience with mechanical RFPs and pre-construction processes
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience coordinating logistics, transportation, and material delivery for large-scale projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with glycol systems (design, application, or maintenance)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
