About the role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will develop and execute strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality Flexers across U.S. markets. This role goes beyond traditional recruitment. You will be a consultative partner to internal stakeholders, using market insight, recruitment data, AI interviews, and modern recruiting technology to build reliable worker pipelines for high-volume operational needs. You will help determine whether a hiring challenge is driven by candidate volume, market conditions, pay, scheduling, onboarding friction, role requirements, client expectations, or worker experience. You will use that judgment to recommend the right recruitment approach, improve candidate conversion, and protect quality as the business scales. This role requires autonomy, strong operational judgment, inclusive candidate communication, and confidence using AI-enabled recruiting workflows. You will help refine AI interview processes, improve screening criteria, and make sure automation supports better hiring decisions rather than replacing human judgment. This position requires frequent travel, 50% - 75% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
What you'll bring
- 3 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, marketplace operations, workforce operations, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience recruiting for high-volume, hourly, frontline, hospitality, logistics, warehouse, event, support, or operational roles
- Strong full-cycle recruiting judgment, including sourcing, screening, interview evaluation, candidate communication, onboarding follow-up, and post-hire quality review
- Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools, AI interviews, recruitment automation, or modern AI tooling to improve recruiting workflows
- Ability to review AI interview outputs critically, identify screening gaps, and recommend improvements to interview questions, prompts, scoring, and candidate routing.
- Comfort using Salesforce, Slack, ATS/CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and Cursor or similar AI tools.
- Strong data literacy, with the ability to use metrics such as conversion, funnel health, interview completion, candidate quality, hiring-event results, and worker outcomes to guide decisions.
- Ability to diagnose whether hiring challenges are caused by recruitment volume, market conditions, pay, schedule, onboarding, candidate experience, or stakeholder process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to share concise updates with candidates, peers, hiring stakeholders, and senior leaders.
- Practical commitment to inclusive hiring, accessibility, candidate dignity, and quality standards.
- Ability to travel frequently for hiring events, client site visits, market support, worker coaching, app-education, and upskill sessions.
- Travel may be 50% or more based on business needs.
