About the role
Marathon Petroleum Co. is seeking an Occupational Health Registered Nurse to administer, organize, coordinate and provide occupational health services to employees. This is done within the boundaries of the State Nurse Practice Act and Company policies, guidelines and protocols. This position will be providing services to Marathon Petroleum employees located in our Los Angeles Refinery.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
- Must be a licensed RN in the state where the position is located.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ relevant experience.
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and be flexible
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill
- Effective communication and interaction with employees, patients, providers, and other colleagues
- Ability to use tact and diplomacy appropriate to the situation
- Ability to maintain effective work relationships with all levels of colleagues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- This position belongs to a job progression with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level.
- Final position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
