About the role

We are looking for a Director of Clinical Services who can lead clinical execution with high standards and high intensity. This is not a passive “clinical support” role. You will own day-to-day clinical coordination and quality , ensuring that: You will partner closely with operations and scheduling to keep care delivery on track, and you will be a key leader in how we scale safely.

What you'll bring

• You must take ownership of clinical outcomes through your clinical staff.
• Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical experience
• as a Registered Nurse
• At least one (1) year of experience in a Home Health setting is required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Thorough understanding of home health operations
• , including coordination of care, compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), and management of OASIS documentation
• Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (EHRs)
• and experience managing patient documentation and workflows in Homecare Homebase
• Demonstrated ability
