About the role

Phillips Academy is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to join the Rebecca M. This position covers the academic year and Summer Session, with shifts scheduled based on the needs of the Wellness Center.

What you'll bring

• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• Experience in adolescent health, school health, ambulatory care, urgent care, or emergency care
• Strong assessment, communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a fluctuating patient census
• Computer proficiency required
• Phillips Academy offers a collaborative, supportive work environment serving an adolescent population.
• Per Diem Requirement Per diem nurses must work three full shifts per trimester, two of which must be scheduled during evening, overnight, or weekend hours.
• This averages approximately one shift per month.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• EMR experience strongly preferred
