About the role
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work with our multidisciplinary team in in Lincolnshire. You will be a key member of the team, providing holistic, person-centred end-of-life care to people in their homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will research and network across the system to understand the wide range of services available to patients and those important to them and work with other providers, supporting the wider system to improve the experience of dying, death, and bereavement. You will work within relevant legal, ethical, capability and clinical frameworks, the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code and in accordance with Marie Curie policy and procedure.
What you'll bring
- Registered Nurse on NMC Register with a relevant qualification and experience.
- Proven expertise and experience in palliative and end-of-life care within a community setting.
- A holistic and person-centred approach to nursing practice.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to those at the end of life.
- You must be able to travel to the Lincoln, Boston and Grantham bases as required.
