About the role
The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Clinical Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately and for the supervision of clinical personnel.
What you'll bring
- Must h old c urrent licensure as a R egistered N urse, Physician, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Social Worker, in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must be reasonably capable of lifting over t wenty ( 2 0 ) pounds.
- Two ( 2 ) year s of supervisory and/or management experience in home health or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent time management, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently while being collaborative and able to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
