About the role
As the Night Shift Nurse Manager, you will lead a dedicated night team while remaining hands-on in patient care.
What you'll bring
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience.
- ADN required
- Mindset: A calm under pressure, empathetic communicator who commands respect and can guide a team through emergency situations.
- Experience in corrections, Emergency Departments, urgent care, or high-acuity settings is a major plus, but we will train the right leader!
