Cornerstone Christian Schools is seeking a Secondary Assistant Principal who is called to lead with wisdom, servant-hearted leadership, and a commitment to Christ-centered education. This role is more than school administration. It is an opportunity to influence the next generation by helping create an environment where students flourish spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally while supporting teachers in their mission to impact lives every day. As part of our secondary leadership team, you will partner with the Secondary Principal, faculty, students, and families to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, growth, and spiritual development across both middle school and high school.
What you'll bring
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- A passion for Christian education and student development
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Strong understanding of adolescent development and secondary education
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and support faculty and staff
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to navigate challenging situations with wisdom, professionalism, and grace
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Previous educational leadership experience preferred
