About the role
As an information security risk specialist on our team, you’ll work with Army to discover their cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll get technical, environmental, and personnel details from subject matter experts and engineers, both within the company and government clients, to assess the entire threat landscape. You’ll work on translating security concepts for your client so they can make the best decisions to secure their mission-critical systems and critical infrastructure. This is your opportunity to take an active role in information security while growing your skills in growth areas and appealing to technology, including cloud computing and data science. Hybrid : If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen or customer facility, in alignment with your leadership's expectations and the needs of the role. Onsite : If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed full-time at a customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.

- 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
- Experience performing Information Assurance (IA) controls analysis, testing, or risk assessments
- Experience developing and evaluating security documentation, including system security plans, contingency plans, or continuity of operations plans
- Experience analyzing security procedures
- Experience with security architecture evaluations, guidance development, or troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
