About the role
You will be given the same AI toolchain our engineering team uses — Cursor, Claude Code, and the major assistants — and we expect you to lean on it hard.
What you'll bring
- 3–5 years in web publishing, digital production, web content management or content operations on a high-volume site.
- Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript.
- You can open DevTools, work out why a style isn't applying, and fix layout inside an existing design system you didn't build.
- No framework experience required.
- Hands-on experience publishing in an enterprise CMS.
- if you haven't used AEM, show us you've picked up a complex proprietary CMS or codebase fast before — AI coding tools make that ramp far shorter than it used to be, and we will give you those tools.
- Strong WordPress skills: block editor, media handling, taxonomy, common SEO plugins.
- Practical on-page SEO execution: meta tags, heading hierarchy, internal linking, canonicals, hreflang, schema markup.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- You are the last checkpoint before content is public.
- Able to work independently across time zones with minimal supervision, and comfortable asking engineering the right question rather than guessing.
