About the role
No third party consultants. And, must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. Configure Tek is seeking a Jr. Software Developer/Jr Web Developer at our Norcross, GA location to support our clients across North America.
What you'll bring
- Expertise and/or experience with Linux or UNIX type Operating Systems
- Expertise with scripting languages such as PERL, Java Script, Python, Shell, BASH
- Experience with web development technologies
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C, C#
- Experience or exposure to systems administration
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
- 4 year degree in computer science or a related field
- Thorough knowledge and/or experience with Operating Systems (Linux, FreeBSD, Windows, Mac)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports
- Strong knowledge of database technologies and ability to write complex SQL Queries
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and concepts such as Object Oriented Paradigm
- Knowledge of the OSI Model
