About the role

Light & Wonder powers a significant portion of the world's regulated gaming floors and online casinos. We're building a new AI Agent Platform team in Austin focused on solving complex operational problems through production-grade agentic systems. This is a greenfield opportunity to help define the architecture, platform standards, and engineering practices behind a growing portfolio of AI-powered business applications. You'll work directly with business stakeholders, rapidly ship solutions, and help build reusable platform capabilities that accelerate future deployments.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
• Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET development
• Strong TypeScript and React experience
• Experience delivering production applications powered by LLMs or agentic AI systems
• Experience designing evaluations, testing strategies, or quality frameworks for AI-powered applications
• Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code experience
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK
• Experience building copilot or agent user interfaces
• Experience working on platform, developer experience, or reusable infrastructure teams
