About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Platform Engineer specializing in Windows Administration and Application Support to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Windows-based environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to support our internal teams and external clients effectively

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Windows administration, including expertise in managing Windows Server environments and supporting Windows-based applications.Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure services, and security principles.Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex technical issues.Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
