About the role
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing SaaS company building a modern healthcare platform used by medical professionals. As the product continues to scale, the engineering team is expanding to support increasingly complex integrations, security requirements, and platform reliability. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise in NestJS to help design, build, and scale the core platform. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where you'll own backend architecture, develop reliable distributed systems, and collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver high-quality features. We're looking for engineers who use AI as a force multiplier for software quality, productivity, and problem-solving, not simply as an autocomplete tool.
What you'll bring
- Languages: Fluent English required
- 5+ years of experience
- building production SaaS applications
- Strong expertise with NestJS (mandatory)
- Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or equivalent
- Strong experience with TypeORM
- Good knowledge of Next.js and Tailwind CSS
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Experience building scalable backend systems with asynchronous architectures
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows.
- Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and modern coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar is a MUST.
