About the role

We're looking for a full-time Senior Software Engineer to join us in our mission of bringing the ION Factory OS to next-generation hardware builders around the globe.

What you'll bring

• We are looking for engineers who leverage AI coding tools to build end-to-end features with unprecedented speed and quality.
• You’ve built and scaled production-grade software.
• You are "pro-AI" and actively use coding assistants to increase your output and code quality.
• Expert-level Python skills with a deep understanding of ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy) and asynchronous processing.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem and deploying multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Strong experience with GraphQL and architectural patterns like Domain Driven Design (DDD) or Event-Driven systems.
• You enjoy collaborating across departments and "flexing your creative muscle" to solve hardware-world problems with software.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK).
• Experience building manufacturing tools or working in high-stakes industrial environments.
• Experience writing complex ETL processes for industrial data.
