- The VOD DataMart (VDM) is a tool we are in the midst of building which will provide an end to end view of the VOD ingest system.
- Our goal is to offer Comcast teams, as well as syndication partners, insight into where an asset is in the VOD workflow and if a problem has occurred, where that problem falls (within which system), what the problem is, and the information needed to triage it.
- Ideally, the VOD DataMart (VDM) will offer an end to end view which currently doesn't exist into the VOD workflow, along with reporting.
