About the role
As an experienced engineer, you will help set technical direction, turn ambiguous business and policy needs into durable systems, and raise the engineering bar through sound judgment, clear communication, and end-to-end ownership. This is a full-stack growth role on a new team building a new product and platform. We are looking for someone eager to expand across the stack and increasingly own complete product slices—from policy modeling and distributed evaluation to the interface where experts create and understand rules.
