Prioritizing leadership, accountability, and collaboration, we equip our teams to work at the highest levels possible.     Responsibilities:    • Triage service requests from   internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure the responsive resolution of incidents and handling of requests.     • Respond to security alerts and incidents   in global IT systems.   • C onduct   investigations of security incidents and anomalies to   determine   the scope, impact, and root causes .   • Collaborate with the   Security Operations   team to assess the urgency of each alert , as necessary.   • Perform incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery, to minimize the impact of security incidents.   • Document all actions taken during   incident   response   process   for future analysis and improvement.   • Coordinate with   stakeholders   during the incident response process, keeping them informed about the progress and involving them in decision-making.   • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and   the IT industry more broadly to inform the defense of the organization.       Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field   OR   equivalent work experience   • Thorough   understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including hardware, software, networking, and cloud services.   • Experience working within ITMS workflows   while delivering high customer satisfaction.   • Demonstrated   expertise   in how various platforms and technologies   integrate   to create comprehensive solutions.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with c olleagues and   understand their business needs.   • Ability to understand, interpret, and apply common security standards and frameworks such as NIST ,   800-53, CIS,   SOX , and ISO-27001.   • Experience with security technologies   including,   SentinelOne , Abnormal Security, Microsoft   Suite , Rapid7 IVM,   ServiceNow ,   Google SecOps,   etc .   • Experience with the Microsoft Security suite including Defender and Purview applications   • Solid understanding of major operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)   • Experience with   IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions.   #LI-CH1 Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.   Why Join Us: At Acrisure, we’re building more than a business, we’re building a community where people can grow, thrive, and make an impact. What you'll bring
