About the role

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and development of next-generation EGMs (Electronic Gaming Machines) through our Refurbishment Center. This role requires a strong background in BOM ownership, root cause analysis, DFSS principles, and supplier collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring experience from fast-paced product development cycles, working closely with cross-functional teams from concept, to commercial mass production through end-of-life. This role is subject to mandatory background screening and regulatory approvals.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 8 years of experience in new product design, manufacturing with a focus on mechanical engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience in related field.
• Deep knowledge of injection molding, die casting, sheet metal, and machining processes.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume product development, DFM/DFA principles and refurbishment principles.
• Hands-on experience with product testing, prototype evaluation, and reliability testing.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and material selection for recyclability and the environment.
• Proficiency with 3D & 2D CAD systems
• Experience with BOM management utilizing PLM systems.
• Experience creating and processing Engineering Change Orders.
• SolidWorks preferred
• Siemens Team Center preferred
