About the role
DISHER is currently partnering with an innovative thermal management solutions company in search of a Inventory Specialist to join their team. This organization focuses on advanced cooling technologies that help customers improve performance and efficiency across a range of industries. This role is responsible for managing inventory transactions, processing shipping and receiving activities, entering orders into the NetSuite system, and helping maintain accurate inventory levels. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career inventory professional looking to grow their experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What you'll bring
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or a related field.
- Understanding of inventory management principles and the overall inventory lifecycle.
- Experience working with inventory management systems or ERP platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in business systems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Familiarity with order processing and fulfillment workflows.
- Prior experience working in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
- NetSuite experience is a plus but not required.
