About the role

Our Lexington, KY location is seeking an Outbound Supervisor responsible for supervising the outbound operation of the Distribution Center to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping to ensure t he customers’ expectations are exceeded every day .

What you'll bring

• Minimum of three years of experience in warehouse or production environment
• Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or production environment.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft and computer skills
• Experience and knowledge in distribution processes (receiving, shipping and inventory control) required.
• Must meet any minimum certification qualification required by any local or state board or licensing agency, as applicable within span of control (varies by location)
• Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for a major in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or other business-related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Forklift Certification desired.
• Green belt or equivalent in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
