About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our Beltsville Warehouse team. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled safely, accurately, on-time, and in-full while maintaining a highly organized and efficient operation at the Beltsville, MD warehouse.  This role is critical to SANS’s ability to deliver a world-class training experience by ensuring every student and every event receives the right materials, on time, every time. As a  Warehouse Manager , you will:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience with demonstrated strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated success leading and coaching a team of people and meeting business objectives.
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistic experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with ERP systems performing both inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA
• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience using Odoo.
• Prior customer service experience.
