About the role
About the Opportunity: The Material Handler, responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role is essential to keeping our supply chain running smoothly, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment using material handling equipment, inventory systems, and safety best practices. They will also handle inspecting, and processing incoming materials and supplies to ensure accurate inventory and timely distribution within the facility. This role is an onsite position located in our Battle Creek, MI facility 5 days per week.
What you'll bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or receiving environment
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- The hiring range for this position is: $19-20/hour, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
