The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material distribution, and warehouse personnel to ensure efficient support of company operations. This role maintains inventory accuracy, ensures a safe and organized work environment, and coordinates closely with internal teams to meet material and operational needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Your supervisor will work with you to establish your schedule and adjust as necessary based on customer demands and the needs of the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift certification or to be certified required.
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to review and analyze reports within company systems.
- Strong ethical standards, work ethic, and commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and control costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
