About the role

The Material Handler Coordinator is responsible for overseeing material deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe working environment. In this role, you will manage the MDR / MDO process and ensure records are updated accordingly.

What you'll bring

• The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• High School Diploma/GED in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in material management and/or warehousing.
• Strong understanding of the supply chain process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to use inventory management software, such as Spectrum, WASP, and Jovix.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail, and highly organized.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and employees.
• Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude.
