RAB Lighting is seeking an experienced, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive overall site performance. We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- A proven leader who motivates teams, develops employees, and builds accountability.
- A hands-on manager who balances operational leadership with team development and knows when to step in to help drive results.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards, OSHA regulations, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs.
