About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Manual Welder to join our team. You will be responsible for performing high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and stainless steel components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional 10% differential for 2nd Shift

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in MIG and/or TIG welding, specifically working with steel and/or stainless steel in a production environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency in identifying metal types, gauges, and various hardware components
• Candidates must successfully pass a hands-on welding test as part of the interview process
• Rogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
