About the role

As the Captain, you will have ultimate responsibility for the safety of the aircraft, passengers, crew, and cargo. This role involves managing all aspects of flight operations, from pre-flight planning to post-flight procedures, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and organizational policies. You will be in charge of the aircraft from takeoff to landing and oversee the flight crew, making critical decisions to maintain a safe and efficient flight.

What you'll bring

• A minimum of 12 years of flight experience as a Captain, with a significant portion of that experience in multi-engine land aircraft.
• Strong decision-making ability, especially in high-pressure situations.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, flight procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies and adverse conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, and be available for on-call duties as needed.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in varying environmental conditions.
• Flights may involve overnight stays, international travel, and varying weather conditions.
