- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience and 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Strong knowledge and adherence to project management methodology and process
- Knowledge of the IAM functionality in at least one specific area
- Knowledge of IAM organizational structure
- Knowledge of IAM mission and goals
- Ability to multitask across multiple functional areas
