About the role
As an Electrician Helper, you'll work side by side with a Licensed Electrician, learning the real mechanics of the trade — wiring, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, racking, and modules — while keeping the job site safe, organized, and moving.
What you'll bring
- Apprentice Electrician License (required)
- OSHA 10 certification (required)
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- NABCEP Installer certificate or working knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Previous solar installation experience strongly preferred
