About the role

Creed Medical is hiring passionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and support them in achieving their personal goals. You will work closely with clients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality care and a supportive environment.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
