About the role

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Beacon, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges.

• o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• o Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to physical aggression and infectious disease.
