About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our Energy and Natural Resources team and deliver high-quality construction cost management services for our clients. The successful candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and committed to upholding and championing Turner & Townsend’s purpose, values, and culture.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
• RICS accredited or working towards it is valuable
• Experience supporting cost management on medium or large sized construction projects.
• Proficiency in measuring and cost management software systems
• Strong knowledge and understanding of construction industry technical aspects, including preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), contract and procurement management, risk and value analysis, and the administration of payments and financial reporting
• Strong communication skills.
• Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
