About the role

You design complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors and the teams who support them, by turning large, messy data into something legible and usable. Experience & Background: You design from real user needs, bring user insight into decisions, and advocate for the experience even when it is inconvenient.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or HCI, with a proven ability to execute high-craft, technically informed solutions, and a personal track record of shipping complex work end-to-end.
• A portfolio that shows comprehensive ownership, from discovery through shipped features, on real products with real constraints.
• Demonstrated experience designing complex, data-dense interfaces or workflow tools, not primarily consumer or marketing work.
• Meaningful contribution to a design system: components, patterns, or documentation you have owned, maintained, and championed.
• Grounding in facts and principles: you plan and run research and usability testing, and turn what you learn into design decisions.
• A track record of communicating the "why" behind design decisions and navigating complex requirements across engineering, product, and business.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with a proactive approach to problem-solving in mission-critical, time-sensitive environments.
