About the role
We’re seeking a highly disciplined and proactive protector with a strong background in residential security, executive protection, or emergency response. You are detail-oriented, tactically aware, and capable of maintaining a secure perimeter while delivering exceptional service. You understand the nuances of residential environments and can adapt to dynamic family routines and estate operations. This role requires travel (50% minimum) and is based in Miami, FL.
What you'll bring
- Prior work in Residential Security Teams (RST), Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.
- Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.
- FL D & G license and CPR/First Aid certification are required
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License are required
- EMT license preferred
- Prior military or law enforcement experience
- LEOSA/HR 218 or multi-state CCW permit
- Specialized training in emergency medicine, crisis management, or surveillance
- Experience with estate management systems and smart home security platforms
