About the role

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transport of Sharp Business Systems products to local customer base. This customer service-focused position is often the first impression of the Sharp Business Systems team to meet internal and external customer needs and expectations. The range of duties can include scheduling and communication on delivery routes; completion and filing of official delivery documentation; and cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery truck and warehouse environments.

What you'll bring

• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Ability to drive at minimum a 15-foot box truck
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to use delivery equipment including dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates in a safe manner
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on customer service skills
• Familiarity with all local roadways and the immediate regional area
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
