About the role

We're looking for a dedicated EEC Certified Infant Teacher to join our warm, welcoming early childhood education center in Pembroke — where every coo, giggle, and developmental milestone is celebrated.

What you'll bring

• EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
• A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development
• A minimum of one year of experience working in an infant classroom, practicing safe feeding/sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and sensory and motor development support
• Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
• Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
