What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate in Mild/Moderate Disabilities (or eligibility to obtain certification)
- Demonstrated knowledge of IDEA, IEP development, and special education compliance
- Experience working with students with exceptionalities in a secondary school setting
- Commitment to the success of all students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Experience working in a high-performing, college-preparatory school environment
- Proficiency with IEP management systems (e.g., EdPlan) and student data platforms
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
