About the role

We’re hiring driven Mechanical Engineers to join our factory automation team. This role is focused on the design, development, and commissioning of automated robotic cells that support our advanced manufacturing process. Some software/scripting or PLC/controls capability is preferred but this is primarily a practical mechanical engineering role. This role is suitable for someone who has built full robotic systems , whether as a hobbyist, student, employee, or founder . You’ll be expected to integrate software, hardware, and process into functional systems and debug failures under real-world production pressure.

• Diagnose system-wide failures from first principles
• Prototype mechanical and software fixes on the fly
• Work autonomously and communicate clearly to a remote team
• Take full responsibility for uptime and performance in live production
• Some software/scripting or PLC/controls capability is preferred but this is primarily a practical mechanical engineering role.
