About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assciate with 4+ years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team in the Financial Services sector, based in Madrid or Barcelona. As a Manager in the Financial Sector, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and playing a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

What you'll bring

• Proven expertise in the Financial Services Sector, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Over 4 years of consulting experience, with relevant exposure to strategy, business transformation, and operational improvements within the sector.
• At least 1 year of experience in a project lead role, managing teams and delivering high-impact solutions.
• Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and influence senior clients to take strategic action.
• Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements, manage client relationships, and provide strategic guidance to teams while ensuring the highest quality of delivery.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, supported by a strong academic background.
• Ability to design innovative business models, analytical frameworks, and long-term strategies that drive business value.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
